[IMPROVEMENT] Incorrect wording for an item in settings menu: "Ignore custom pre-install and post-install commands..."

Describe the improvement

I think the option should be named "Allow for custom pre-install and post-install commands" instead of "Ignore custom pre-install and post-install commands when importing packages from a bundle".
Custom commands are allowed when the option is enabled. Disabled by default.
It can be found in: UniGetUI Settings -> Administrator rights and other dangerous settings -> Restrictions on package operations
Bundle imports are controlled in another section ("Restrictions when importing package bundles")
